HE Mrs. Munira bint Nasser Al-Misnad, the Chairperson of Qatar Foundation for Social Work, issued a decision to form an executive committee to steer the Foundation's executive board. .

The committee shall be headed by Her Excellency, and shall include: .
 

- HE Mrs. Noor bint Abdullah Al-Malki Al-Jehani as a Member of Board of Directors. .

- HE Mr. Hamad bin Muhammad Al Fahid Al-Hajri as a Member of Board of Directors.

The decision is issued following the resignation of the Foundation's CEO.
